Student Testimonials
Ying ang - ACCA student from China
I have been with LCA since March 2005 and whilst there are plenty of tuition providers in London I chose a College which is ranked in the highest category by ACCA and which is the first Accountancy College to be awarded the Queen`s Award for Enterprise. There are only 55 ACCA `Premier Plus` Colleges worldwide and LCA is one of them. The most important reason for choosing LCA is the quality of the lecturers; they can make the complex understandable and enjoyable. Since being at the College my English has improved and with success so has my confidence. With four start dates a year and excellent prices they offer quality, flexibility and affordability.
I have recommended the College to my friends and with students from over 100 countries I now have friends from all over the world.
Abida Akramova - MBA student from Tashkent, Uzbekistan
I have been at LCA since March 2007 and am enjoying every minute of the MBA.
My fellow students are friendly and supportive and everyone at LCA has gone out of their way to help me settle in. London is a truly international city and is a brilliant mix of the traditional and modern. London is also a very safe city and travel is inexpensive. I know that when I return home I will have the confidence, skills and knowledge to compete in a 21st century environment. I find the Capstone module which requires us to do a strategic analysis of a real International company a more realistic and useful concept than the traditional dissertation.
Ndeye Amie Jallow - MBA student from the Gambia
I came from the Gambia and left my post with the accountancy firm Deloitte & Touche to join LCA`s MBA programme. Whilst I am a qualified accountant I was keen to advance my career and saw the MBA as an excellent way of developing my managerial skills and knowledge.
I chose LCA on the recommendation of friends and will happily recommend the course to others. The quality and support both inside and outside the classroom is excellent and being part of an international community has given me a global perspective and a valuable contact list which I intend to make full use of when I return home.
The cost of the programme is much less than other organisations I researched and with four start dates a year it meant I could start when it suited me. So if you want quality, affordability and flexibility then you should seriously consider LCA.
